4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Limits & Processing Times

For all payment methods, the minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Account identity verification must be completed.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳42,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times, applied only to the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus). Example: Wagering on a ৳2,000 bonus = ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be disclosed at the time the offer is announced.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once; reclaiming through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• hi222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

11.2 Closure by hi222

hi222 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Evidence of providing false information or using a fake identity.
• Account security risk or suspicion of fraud.
• Direction from law enforcement or a court order.

If, upon account closure, the balance is not subject to forfeiture due to a violation, the remaining balance will be returned through the designated process.
